By using Dentin ("the App"), you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
You must provide a valid email address to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.
You retain ownership of the content you create and share on Dentin, including patient records, appointment details, and other medical-related data.
By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display and distribute your content within the App for purposes related to the provision of services, patient management, and other App features.
You agree not to:
Dentin offers premium features through monthly or yearly subscriptions.
Payments are processed via Apple/Google stores, and you agree to their respective terms and conditions. Subscription fees are non-refundable.
Subscription benefits may include additional features such as enhanced patient management tools and premium support.
You can delete your account at any time through the App settings.
Upon deletion, all your posts, patient data, and personal information will be permanently removed from our servers, except where retention is required by law.
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the App. While we strive to maintain data accuracy, we cannot guarantee the accuracy or reliability of the medical information you store or access via the App.
We use industry-standard encryption and security practices to protect your data. However, we do not guarantee that your data will be 100% secure. By using Dentin, you acknowledge the inherent risks of using digital platforms to store sensitive information.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ukraine.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If significant changes are made, we will notify you via email or through an in-app notification.
